Kushiage

Kushiage is a Japanese dish of deep fried skewered meat and vegetables. It is known to have started in Shinsekai area of Osaka between end of Taishou era and beginning of Showa era. It is “Inexpensive, delicious, prepared fast” bite size dish an loved among many people. It is a soul food for people in Osaka.
